Every month, the Alpha will be succeeded by the Omega, who will be in turn succeeded by the Beta.
Pack roles are as follows:
ALPHA
The Pack Alpha is in charge of providing a writing challenge during the meeting, as well as bringing recommended reading material. The Alpha is required to send notifications to the Pack Beta and Pack Omega regarding:
BETA
The Pack Beta acts as a beta reader for the writing challenge in progress, in addition to reading and recording the minutes of each meeting. The Beta is also required to create a five-question quiz on the month's recommended reading.
OMEGA
The Pack Omega selects the time and venue of the meeting and completes the writing challenge provided by the Alpha. The time and venue should be submitted no later than 1 week and four days before the tentative meeting date. The writing challenge should be submitted by no later than the day preceding the meeting it was written for.
Any conflicts with the monthly meeting are to be submitted to the Pack Alpha no later than one week prior to the scheduled meeting, to allow the Alpha to send out notifications for the upcoming meeting.
