New Roles for the Month

No pack members are available to meet on the traditional meeting time (the first Thursday of the month, January 1st), and it is likely that your extremely beloved alpha will be unavailable on the second Thursday (January 8th); therefore, I have taken the liberty of setting the tentative meeting date to Sunday, January 11th, in order to allow the January - February omega 3 and a half weeks to complete the writing challenge, instead of the 3 weeks which would have been allotted had the tentative date been set to the third Thursday (January 15th). A Sunday meeting would be especially convenient in this case as Monday, January 12th falls on a national holiday (成人の日). The meeting date is, of course, open to changes.

As Alpha phnx, I am responsible for:

• Sending out reminders of the new pack roles and material for the month. This notification is to be sent out no later than one week following the previous pack meeting, which was held on December 4th.

• Sending notifications to Omega thetyro and Beta roguemariel regarding reminders of the details to the upcoming pack meeting. This notification is to be sent out no later than one week preceding the upcoming meeting (tentative date: January 11th).

• Bringing reading material to the upcoming meeting (tentative date: January 11th).

• Bringing a writing challenge to the upcoming meeting (tentative date: January 11th).

Beta roguemariel, don't forget that you are responsible for:

• Beta-reading the writing challenge written by Omega thetyro

• Creating a five-question quiz on the reading material and submitting it to Alpha phnx and Omega thetyroQuiz is already available!

• Reading and recording the minutes during the upcoming meeting (tentative date: January 11th)

Omega thetyro, don't forget that you are responsible for:

• Completing the writing challenge submitted by former-Alpha roguemariel

• Selecting the time and venue for the upcoming meeting (tentative date: January 11th). Please provide this information by Thursday, January 8th.
