roguemariel, I am responsible for:- Sending out reminders of the new pack roles and material for the month. This notification is to be sent out no later than one week following the previous pack meeting, which was held on the first weekend of April
- Sending notifications to Omega thetyro and Beta phnx regarding reminders of the details to the upcoming pack meeting. This notification is to be sent out no later than one week preceding the upcoming meeting.
- Bringing reading material to the upcoming meeting.
- Bringing a writing challenge to the upcoming meeting.

phnx, don't forget that you are responsible for:- Beta-reading the writing challenge written by Omega thetyro
- Bookmarking the reading material on the Pack Suica AO3 page.
- Creating a five-question quiz on the reading material and submitting it to Alpha roguemariel and Omega thetyro
- Posting a digital copy of the minutes of Meeting 009 to the Pack Suica dreamwidth page.
- Reading and recording the minutes during the upcoming meeting
